My first visit. Beautiful place and good food. It was very busy last Saturday night and clearly the staff couldn't cope. We had to wait for our pre booked table, when we were seated at our table we had to (after 15 minutes or more) go looking for menus and then another long wait until our order was taken. It looked like no one was in control.
Always a good place to eat. Can't recall ever having a bad meal here. Service is very good without being excessive. They know their regulars and management will always acknowledge you when you are in.

This is my local, I love everything about this pub, the staff are lovely, the food is always delicious, the atmosphere is great and always welcoming.
Having visited twice now, I can confidently say the food here is top-notch. Both the fish and chips and the lasagna are delicious. I highly recommend it. The staff are also very pleasant.
