I guess this place is the perfect quintessential hidden gem.Four of us went there on a Tuesday night, so we had the restaurant to ourselves. Two fussy eaters, and two who enjoy a challenge. We were all very pleased!The duck confit was the best he had, so the girls also ordered it to share, and devoured every scrap. That was after lovely starters. I had the chicken in tomatobased sauce and boiled potatoes, which I found disappointing. Thin slices of chicken which lacked flavour, and the tomato sauce needed to cook for another hour or so: bland. But that won't deter me: I saw lots of other dishes I want to try.
