Kittyhawks Bar Restaurant - Dublin

It was evident that the restaurant was understaffed and busy. Unfortunately, our server seemed quite disengaged. They never came by to check on us and even got our order wrong. We were both exhausted from traveling, so we just ate our meal without saying anything to the staff until we paid—mainly because no one approached us. As people who work in the industry, we understand what it means to be overwhelmed, and we hope they can sort things out.

I had an excellent cowboy steak, and the curry was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The service was impeccable. I was pleasantly surprised; this was not what I expected from an airport restaurant.

This is a nice hotel restaurant with welcoming staff. The menu offers simple bar food, but it is of good quality.

The food was absolutely delicious. The service however could have been improved. We ordered two cocktails and a jug of water for the table before the food arrived. We waited 20 minutes for the cocktails and the jug of water never arrived as there was a larger group beside us who seemed to have been prioritised. Overall the restaurant was ok amazing food but could do with little improvements on service.

Both of us work in the industry and understand what being overwhelmed feels like, so we hope they get the support they need.
