The bullet oven is a traditional way to prepare food in HK The best choices are pork belly, with a total crispy skin, serve over rice with vegetable. I doubt you can get better pork belly in Dublin at that price. The duck is really nice as well The place is ideal for a quick and inexpensive bite, specially at lunch time or over the weekend.

The serving girl was amazingly kind and friendly. You have two sizes, small 6,95 or regular (8,95). I took chicken you can choice between duck pork or chicken) with fried rice (you can have white/fried rice or noodles). I go for small one and I was surprised with the portion (really generous). It was looking so yummy! Chicken was very moist and tender, the thing I didn't really liked is that chicken was on the bone. All fat, skin and rest was there. That makes eating bit challenging and messy. Rice taste amazing, I could eat and eat. Another problem was bits of fat and bones in rice, I had to be careful with biting. Also, I was missing some veg. The boneless bites are definitely worth the extra cost—you won’t be able to get enough of them. After a few drinks, this spot is an absolute must-visit.
