In this day and age their refusal to take payment in anything other than cash is amazing and a reason why I don't go back.

I ordered food at 9 PM but received the wrong order. After calling to request the correct items, I was assured that they would be delivered. However, by 10:50 P... read more I ordered food at 9 PM but received the wrong order. After calling to request the correct items, I was assured that they would be delivered. However, by 10:50 PM, there was still no sign of my food. I called again and was informed that there was actually no order for me and that they had made a mistake. Since it was too late for me to wait any longer, I asked for a refund. They refunded the cost of the food but kept the delivery fee. When I complained about not getting a full refund, I was told that the driver had to be compensated. I argued that I shouldn't have to pay a delivery fee since I never received my order. Ultimately, I didn't get all my money back or my food, and I definitely will NOT be using them again. This place is a complete joke and clearly doesn't care about its customers!
