After a disappointing experience a... read more Although we typically don't go for chipper food often, my pregnancy cravings led me to seek out some satisfying comfort food. After a disappointing experience at a nearby chipper with soggy and undercooked chips, I had low expectations for Borza. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciously seasoned chicken fillet burger topped with crisp lettuce, just the right amount of mayo, and a fluffy brioche-style bun. The chips were well-cooked and flavorful. I will definitely be returning to Borza the next time I have a craving for chipper food!

As always: abundant portions, excellent flavoured chicken and fast service. The guests were very impressed with the food and I was very happy with the price. Five Stars!

However, by 10:50 P... read more I ordered food at 9 PM but received the wrong order. After calling to request the correct items, I was assured that they would be delivered. However, by 10:50 PM, there was still no sign of my food. I called again and was informed that there was actually no order for me and that they had made a mistake. Since it was too late for me to wait any longer, I asked for a refund. They refunded the cost of the food but kept the delivery fee. When I complained about not getting a full refund, I was told that the driver had to be compensated. I argued that I shouldn't have to pay a delivery fee since I never received my order. Ultimately, I didn't get all my money back or my food, and I definitely will NOT be using them again. This place is a complete joke and clearly doesn't care about its customers!
