You should definitely visit Bobos. We tried two different burgers from their menu, and both were the best we've ever had.
I worked at Bobos about ten years ago for a few months, and I can confirm that the quality of their ingredients is outstanding. The flavors are incredible—unlike anything I've been able to replicate since. The management was very committed to the quality and presentation of every item on their menu. Best burgers in the world? Possibly. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank John for giving me the chance to be part of Bobos.
