The Fast Lane Drive Thru Coffee - Dubbo

After a number of visits over 3 years they have been found to be consistantly very good with their service and good coffee.

Good coffee and food, good prices, friendly staff. The only two negatives are that they're quite popular (and therefore busy) and that when it gets busy, a lot of people park on the street and walk up rather than taking their turn (sometimes the staff turn these people away and sometimes they serve them but it just adds to the congestion).

Terrible customer service from the male on duty on 12 June 2022. When asked a simple question he simply shrugged his shoulders. Plenty of other coffee shops in town with better customer service. Normally the customer service is great especially from the ladies working. Maybe the male employee was having a bad day.

I go to fast lane every now and then. But the last time I went, I ordered a medium caramel latte over ice with lactose free milk, with toasted banana bread. I ended up getting a large one, no straw (normally we get given a straw), no Carmel in it, no lactose free milk, the banana bread was burnt and had little butter on it. This is the first time I’ve had a bad exercise at fast lane Dubbo. It would have been lovely it the lady double checked everything before handing the order over. But most of the time the coffee is great at fast lane.
