Seated quickly by staff who accommodated the extra needs due to a wheelchair client. Food was brilliant and tasty. Bar service staff was helpful and informative. We beat the rush a little, but even as it filled with happy chatty customers, the environment was relaxing and welcoming

When he brought this to the att... read more I ordered a meal that came out with mushrooms, despite my partner specifically asking for no mushrooms as I am allergic to them. When he brought this to the attention of the cook/chef and asked for the meal to be redone, the cook pointed to the docket and suggested just scraping off the mushrooms. Despite explaining my allergy, the meal was not taken back to be changed. As a result, I had to eat my partner's meal and he had to eat mine. This was disappointing as the mistake was made by the waitress taking our order, not us. The meal should have been changed, not simply dismissed.
