I wasn't happy to pay $16.99 for a Brat-Rind- and turkey-foot sandwich. the owner was very rude and very loud! she said that is what they ordered! Why could she not say if they ordered the bmt and ask for no sink, it would have been almost $7 cheaper, and that was told to me by the other worker who heard and saw the view of the unbelieving on my face.
Never bad customer service again. they accused me that the lady fought with me for a simple question that I had to be fired. my meatball was so cold. the last time I'm in.
Loves this underground location! I always come here and the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. the location is also super clean and the cookies are super fresh.

I TRIED TO LET IT SLIDE BUT I COULDN'T!!I visited this one on Sun 10/11/2020. Between 1&2. The 2 ladies in the front were not friendly at all. No Hi/Hello Greetings. The younger lady asked me did I want something. (I chuckled within bcz obviously, that was why I was there). I asked for the FRESHES ROLL. I feel in my heart that they had some FRESHER then the one she gave. The older Lady gave the younger lady the look as to not go get one. The older lady assisted my Sister (who was behind me). I heard her ask are you ready to order. She was Impatient. Not Friendly at all. The older lady was doing something in the back which I feel she should have stopped doing too assist the customers immediately. She didn't stopped and assist until two other ladies came in and had stood there for a few. This Branch has room for improvement in Customer Service Skills.
