What jon smith doesn't like about Dunkin':
The employees are nice. The store is awful. They never have donuts, the drive through line will take you 20 minutes even when you're the only car in line because they frequently only staff one person for both in store and drive through lines. One person to run the entire store. I would quit if I were that employee. They deserve better and so do the customers. View all feedback.
Very attentive employees and service was quick. Coffee was perfect, hott and made exactly as ordered. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
I don't understand why the coffee is never stirred when I get it. Is it in the employee handbook to not stir it? It must be, because regardless of which Dunkin' I go to the coffee is never stirred.
Good food, took some time because the employee was working drive thru also. Parking: Big lot, lots of spots.
Placed a mobile order 15 min before I got there on purpose because I know they have no staff, I used my Dunkin points to get a coffee and sandwich. I got there I see my coffee I’m like cool, waited 5 min and no sandwich, I asked can we just cancel the sandwich. Told her my name and said I’ll give you a refund. Said she can’t figure it out and had no time to. Gave me my receipt and wasn’t my name I told her this is the wrong name. She said oh well I guess your receipt got lost and continued to say just call corporate. I showed my mobile order receipt and said oh well I don’t know. I’m not a person to leave reviews and I am pretty down to earth, but the rudeness and how she didn’t care was ridiculous, and to say well I guess your order was lost ? come on you wanna get paid this much money and ask for more when your rude and can’t own up to your mistakes. I call corporate and they say I’ll get back to you in 2 to 3 days ?? ridiculous. If I could give zero stars for service I would.
