I guess the only thing I still like... read more The Chicken used to be such a great treat that we had on a lot of football game days, But now they are a salty, greasy mess. I guess the only thing I still like is the coleslaw and Bisquick. We noticed this awhile back but thought it was the just that one franchise. I talked with a guy who worked there and after that discussion I will not return. This was in Fresno and another in Clovis Ca. Also the gravy tastes different!!!What has changed??? ICKY!

Then there's the matter of the sides...... read more Pros: Staff was very friendly, the chicken tasted decentCons: Chicken was SUPER greasy. Wasn't able to order it broiled. Then there's the matter of the sides... We ordered Coleslaw, Macaroni, and Mashed Potatoes. The Coleslaw was a minty green color that could only be the result of food coloring, and consisted of something that had been pulverized beyond recognition. It didn't even taste like coleslaw. The Macaroni turned out to be not Mac'n'cheese, but a gross pasta salad. Lastly, the Mashed Potatoes... They were instant, the kind of instant that was probably barely potato to start with. There was sooo much garlic in it, it wasn't worth trying to eat.

Wow! The absolute worst service and food! Staff stand around and chat while customers are waiting. Dirty, dirty facilities. Front entry not functional. Listened... read more Wow! The absolute worst service and food! Staff stand around and chat while customers are waiting. Dirty, dirty facilities. Front entry not functional. Listened to the chatting and they were discussing in full detail about two broken fryers and the remaining two were on their way to be nonfunctional. What to do about the customers when they complain?! Jr worker was told 'oh well, they can go somewhere else to eat'. At this point, one customer cancelled her order. Chicken was extremely greasy, coleslaw was disgusting. I will be sending in a full review to kfc's head office along with photos of this disgusting, dirty, and broken down so called 'restaurant'. How embarrassing for a town that depends on tourism to have a restaurant of this caliber located here. The health inspector will also be receiving a letter. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

However, today I discovered they had a new flyer with a promotion that I wasn't aware of, but they wouldn't let me take advantage of the deal. I wanted to download the flyer to show them, but they refused to allow it.
