I’ve noticed excessively long wait times e... read more The experience can be quite inconsistent. Only a handful of staff seem to really know how to prepare drinks properly. I’ve noticed excessively long wait times even during less busy periods. Orders often get mixed up, and the pricing varies for the same items. I'm trying to be fair here, which is why I'm giving it a 3-star rating, but this place feels like complete chaos for a Dunkin'. If it weren't for the few capable employees who show up now and then, I would have rated it just 1 star.

We waited a good... read more There were 2 people running the whole place. We went inside instead of going through the drive thru. They were more concerned with drive thru. We waited a good 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were waiting. Then we waited another 10 minutes for 3 drinks, while the person behind us bought numerous gift cards.
