What's more frustrating is the checkout process. The waitress didn't provide me with a bill and simply charged my card directly for 39.95 yuan. I ended up paying 40 yuan in cash without really knowing what the extra charges were for. They also added a 30% service fee without informing me upfront. Food is okay, but the service is horrible and their food health and safety handling is dangerous. They also ignore the customers request for delivery service by the customers preferred delivery service. Shameful attitude as well. Always had great Vietnamese food from here. P9 is always a good choice for a cold day Pho soup. Slight language barrier with the staff but doesn't change the taste of the food. Recommend anyone to go here that enjoys Vietnamese food. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
