Mullens Takeaway - Drogheda

Absolutely shocked at the customer service from Mullens Takeaway Drogheda this evening. We have been ordering food here for years without any issue. As of late, we have been using the app to order our food and collect and never an issue until tonight.We ordering a ¼ pounder burger tonight for my mother using the app. When we got home we discovered that there was cheese on it (which she cannot eat). I called them to tell them this expecting at the very least an apology. When i described to the girl on the phone that this had happened, she told me that their ¼ pounders always come with cheese. I asked her politely why then are there two options on the menu (ie. 1. 1/4lb and 2. 1/4lb with cheese I will also note that although I did not state this on the phone these are both on the menu at different prices).She responded in a very dismissive tone I don 't know, I don 't write the menu . I was shocked but told her that we had ordered this exact same ¼ pounder from the app before and it had never before come with cheese. She just told me Well I don 't know. The attitude was what was most shocking. She told me that in future to put in the comments that we didn 't want cheese. I asked again, why should I need to do this when there were clearly two different options on the menu, one with and one without cheese, and she told me 'well it always comes with cheese so in future just put it into the comments '.I was not happy with this response but was getting nowhere. She told me that she would make me another burger if i wanted to come and collect it. As i was already at home, I didn 't, so I declined and instead just said as feedback, maybe the menu should be clearer as there is currently an option there for a ¼ pounder with cheese which we did not order .Again, she told me to just put it into the comments section in future.We were very disappointed with the standard of customer service this evening and as a result will never return to Mullens Drogheda again.

Was short changed from delivery driver when I rang and told them they sent me food what I got was the bits of stuff left over in the chip pan burnt chips all black and brown don't no why they done that not good business was not rude about it at all tryed to get in touch with the owner and no replay won't go here again

It's lovely food but sometimes they mess up the order for delivery and forget to bring drinks

Small battered sausages chips not as nice as Italian chippers

Bags of chips very small for the price of them
