Was Anonym at Macari's a mag?
I can't recommend the food here enough—you really have to try it yourself. The chips are fresh and cooked to perfection, and the vegetarian kebab is absolutely incredible. The fresh cod is wonderfully crispy and flaky. This is the only place I'll ever get chips from now on. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Macari's:
Food is decent enough, staff are friendly and the delivery is speedy, but by jaysus... I dont know how many times now weve gotten the wrong food!!! I was in this eve and I called out the order, it was repeated back to me at the time of ordering, when I was paying and it was wrong when I got home. I just can't say how good this is eating here, they just have to try for themselves, the chips are fresh and perfectly cooked and the vegetarian kebab is simply amazing, the fresh cod is nice crunchy and flaky, this is the only place I get chips from now on

Amazing quality food, best in Drogheda in my opinion. The chips are so fluffy and not super greasy. I recently had to change go-to chippers due to drop in quality and it is a delight to find Macari's, the beef doesnt take like fish, its friendly on the tummy, and quality is kept in mind. Lighting speed delivery as well! Cant go wrong with a good awl Macari's ;
