I really enjoy this restaurant! The food is delicious, and the delivery is quick and efficient. My main concerns are communication and staffing. I believe it would be helpful to have a different person answering the phone to reduce any confusion during delivery. Additionally, hiring a few more delivery drivers could help speed things up. Despite these issues, I highly recommend this place due to its great food variety and quality.
If there was an option for no stars I would choose it. Wednesday ordered online some food for family, after 1 hour waiting period attendant on the phone tell me that driver is not back yet. I have to go to shop and pick it myself. Average food. Delivery and waiting time is absolutely disgusting and bad experience. Won't recommend unless you pick it up from the shop.
I I ordered a pizza and onion rings yesterday 28 01. The pizza arrived about an hr after I ordered it. The pizza arrived very cold even the box it came in was very cold. I was annoyed but decided rather than send it back I would microwave it as I was hungry. The pizza was not only cold but was also flavourless, it was the worst pizza I have tasted in a lot of years and I ended up throwing it out. I probably should have sent it back but I was so disappointed I just didn’t bother. I have had food from your restaurant in the past including pizza and it has been ok but this time it was barley edible. I contacted the restaurant advising them of my experience but I have had no reply as yet! I could not recommend this restaurant for pizza.
Bamboo Gate is an excellent Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is exceptional. I have ordered from many other Chinese places before, but I can confidently say that Bamboo Gate stands out on its own. The staff is always polite, deliveries are never late, and my orders are always accurate. Everything arrives hot and fresh. Their stylish bags are a big hit in our household. I highly recommend this place!
