Hate to see it closed. My husband Robby and I always had date nights there in the the late eighties/early nineties. Everyone was always so nice and food was great. View all feedback.
What Josue Gutierrez doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
We ordered 4 triple busters drove home realized we only received three came back for a refunds which they acknowledge their mistake and they were more than willing to return the money but instead of giving us cash The voided the transaction which can take one or three days with your bank to receive the money and charged us another 40 something dollars so now we’re $90 dollars out and just have to wait for the money View all feedback.
Hadn't been to DQ since I was a kid. Didn't disappoint.
I used to work at DQ and i see a lot of bad reviews… the reason the wait is so long is because there is no staff! We came down to 4 people one time, (including the manger Dine in is obviously going to be closed due to no staff. I have no idea what y’all expect from a DQ in a small town, nobody wants to work. The manger (Angie works day and night, 9am-11pm she’s an awesome lady. Have some patience you guys ;
Very good service. They have nice staff, very friendly and the manger is fantastic!!! they are short staffed but seem to get the work done
I tried going through the drive-thru, but there was no answer, so I decided to go in. You have to break open a locked door to even get inside! The windows have been covered so there’s no natural light, and they don’t turn the lights on, I guess because they’re cheapskates? Oh, but that’s just the beginning. I waited for 15 minutes at the counter and still no one helped me. Given that I was the only customer in the place I figured word had gotten out that this place was awful. But, I was about to leave when two sheriff’s deputies walked in. I breathed a sigh of relief because law enforcement officers only go to the good restaurants on their beat, but they were there to arrest me…all those speeding tickets I guess.
