What a wonderful bakery this is! Stopped in because I've been meaning to forever. I'm so glad I did. They were pleasantly busy, but the vibe was so chill. Placed order for fresh baked loaf of bread along with 2 cinnamon rolls. Parking was full in the front, so I went to the back, and there was plenty of parking there. I go to thyme and dough during any break i have from work because i can always count on the atmosphere and people to make me feel great. You’re not only paying for good food, but also a wonderful atmosphere that makes you want to live slowly and enjoy your meal. It’s the perfect place to grab a coffee, enjoy breakfast with the family, or have a solo lunch and do some work. I think that the vegan options need to be improved and to have more flavor choices in the black bean/ /yellow corn patty, . I think the vegetables need to be little less soggy and for them to have more flavor seasoning
