Krispy Kreme - Drexel Hill

We placed an order for a specific type of donut at noon, but received a call around 4:20 notifying us that they were sold out. We had ordered before they ran out of stock, which is really frustrating. It's outrageous that they prioritize walk-in customers over online orders. The woman who called was quite rude, stating that she wasn't obligated to issue a refund, and then ended the call abruptly. This whole experience has been utterly unacceptable, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and was quite dissatisfied with the service. The staff was rude and appeared irritated that I had come in to place an order. I felt awkward interrupting their conversation, and I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times. When my husband arrived and witnessed how unfriendly they were towards me, he encouraged me to share this review. It's disappointing that even as a newcomer, I could easily sense the lack of kindness.

I ordered a dozen glazed donuts and another dozen assorted, specifically requesting fresh ones. Unfortunately, when I got in the car and tried one, it was anything but fresh. Additionally, the donuts were much smaller than I expected. I was charged $14.99 for the dozen glazed donuts, which I felt was overpriced given the quality. The customer service was also disappointing. Overall, I would rate this experience no higher than 2 stars.

The glaze had mostly melted away, making the donuts taste more like regular cake donuts. I wouldn't suggest trying them.

The donuts are simply delicious! My favorites are the original glazed and the chocolate glazed varieties – they're so tasty! The staff is fantastic as well!
