Description

A recent visit to this restaurant on Mother's Day revealed a limited menu with small portions and pricey options. Some dishes received mixed reviews, with certain items being well-prepared while others fell short. However, the atmosphere and decor were praised. Despite some complaints about value for money and service, there were positive comments about the innovative food, friendly staff, and the chef's visits to tables. Overall, the experience left diners eager to return and recommend the spot to others in the neighborhood. With a focus on small plates and healthy options, this restaurant offers a unique dining experience that combines quality food, attentive service, and reasonable prices.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and we were happily surprised. The menu is not extensive but offers small plate options with many healthy choices. The house-made bread with olive oil and roasted garlic was delightful. The tuna in the ahi tuna tacos was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere and decor are very lovely. There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. The service was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back soon.

What a pleasant surprise! My wife and I are locals and have enjoyed breakfast and lunch at this restaurant before. However, we were truly impressed by the excellent dinner we had here. We dine out regularly and have high standards, but we often find ourselves a bit disappointed with the food at other restaurants in the area. This was not the case here - the food was outstanding. Each dish we tried was well thought out and perfectly executed. The homemade bread was especially delicious. The mushroom soup and beet salad were both flavorful, and the hanger steak was cooked to perfection, paired wonderfully with plantains. To top it all off, the homemade ice cream was a treat. Surprisingly, this restaurant seems to be a hidden gem. It appears they have only recently started serving dinner, as there were only four other couples dining there. Despite this, we received excellent service and the chef even came by to ensure we were happy with our meal. This was, without a doubt, the best dining experience I have had in this town in the past 7 years.

Great neighborhood spot. Excellent value; we ordered 5 different items and shared them...all were delicious. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Prices are VERY reasonable and BYOB is a great option.

Fantastic fantastic experience. We visited on a Friday evening with our 3 children expecting a completely different dining experience and were pleasantly surprised not only by the food, but the ambiance, fresh ingredients and outstanding menu choices. We tried mostly the small plate menu items. Lamb meatballs (were out of this world! , scallop dish, watermelon/feta salad and not to mention their HOMEMADE sourdough bread. The Chef visited our table as well which i believe always speaks volumes as well. We will most definitely be back and will bring friends and family along to join us as well.
