PrimoHoagies
Description
Primo's restaurant has garnered a split verdict among patrons, blending moments of culinary delight with instances of deep dissatisfaction. While some highlight the appealing atmosphere and exceptional cleanliness, others report unprofessional staff and disappointing service. Complaints about poorly executed orders and mediocre hoagies contrast sharply with praise for flavorful meals and attentive service at other locations. Despite mixed reviews on the food quality and customer interactions, many agree that certain menu items, like the veggie hoagie and St. Ark dishes, stand out. Overall, Primo's offers a dining experience marked by both potential and frustration.

I called last night around 7:30-7:45 to place an order. The person answers the phone and said “we are closing” and hangs up. Very unprofessional. Not like “ I’m sorry we are closing”. Just “we are closing “ and hangs up. Work on social skills.
I’m not sure if Primo’s in general has gone downhill or if it’s just this location. Besides getting our order wrong by including toppings on some hoagies that we didn’t order and forgetting toppings on those that we did, the amount of meat on this primo-sized hoagies is pathetic compared to what used to be included. I might as well order two wawa hoagies for the same price and lack of quality! Just disappointing as Primo used to be the best spot to go to for a delicious hoagie and now it’s garbage.
This location is definitely not like the one I normally go to in the city. The sandwich was super small. The breading used is not like the abruzzi roll that I am used to. I don’t know who made this sandwich but it looked like it was supposed to be Gluten free or something and on top of that they did not send the chips with my order. I placed it through Uber eats and the chips were stated on the receipt but somehow they forgot to include them.
