I’m not sure why the reviews are so negative for this location. I’ve been here many times and have never had a bad experience. My drinks are always made correctly, and the staff are kind/ accommodating. What Rhiannon Charney doesn't like about Starbucks:
The past 3 times my boyfriend and I’ve tried to stop for a coffee the store has been closed. Seems like a waste considering that it’s always busy when open. They also closed the location in DRESHER that’s closer to us so that’s a bummer. I don’t think we will be going to any Starbucks again and will just stick to Wawa and local places. Their hours online are correct. View all feedback.
Ronnie makes my mom and I’s day every time! What an absolute gem. We always look forward to seeing him.
Acting manager Jackie has horrible customer service. First we are black and I watched him place everyone’s drink down where the pick up is. And he saw us standing there and made up walk to where he was to get and we waiting a long time for them. Ok no biggie maybe he is having a bad day. Second. I returned my drink because it was not hot enough, upset because he had to remake it and instead of him making a new drink he resteamed it. Red flag because I drank out of my cup meaning back wash on the steamer from my cup. When I said something to him about it he was furious slammed the drink in the trash and made a new one. Once again my drink was not placed at pick up I had to again walk to get it. When I called him on it he said I put all the drinks there and clearly he didn’t because all the white customers drinks were at pick up. Not this black customers drink. Asked to have my money back and he gave me a gift card and was upset when I wanted it back to same way I paid. Of course none of the white workers wanted to give me his full name as they obviously were scared. Upon our leaving he sarcastically said have a nice day. They clearly need some diversity training because we do not want to see what happened at the center city location repeat itself.

With that said, I primarily utilize the mobile pickup option and my order is always ready upon arrival. Maybe those complaining should use that instead. Aside from that, the cafe area is usually clean and comfortable. Things can get a little messy during peak hours, but the staff clearly do their best. It would be nice if the rude customers could show them a little more grace.
Parking: Starbucks has it's own lot in back of it. However there's also a large public lot in front of it so there are plenty of places to park.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food and drinks for kiddos. There's a playground right out front as well which in the nice weather days can be a real treat.Wheelchair accessibility: There are sidewalks with lowered entrances for wheel chairs to roll up on to get into the store.
The location is great but this place doesn’t suit here dirty tables and chairs, inconvenient seating arrangement. Coffee wasn’t great either.
