Dunkin' offers a mixed bag of experiences, reflecting a shift from its once-loved reputation. While some patrons appreciate the friendly service and fresh coffee—especially during busy mornings—others lament the decline in food quality, particularly the donuts and bagels, alongside higher prices. Customer service seems to be a bright spot, with many staff members receiving praise for their friendliness and efficiency. Nonetheless, inconsistent product availability and occasional lapses in order accuracy detract from the overall experience. Overall, Dunkin' remains a familiar stop, yet is faced with challenges that could impact its loyal customer base.

Was Lin W at Dunkin' a mag?
Made the coffee perfect. My husband is very picky and most of the Dunkin's in the area don't get it right. I usually get the black pepper bacon croissant sandwich and they usually are falling apart and hard to eat in the car. This one stayed together to the end. Also wasn't way too hot to eat when i got it. The two guys working were pleasant and friendly. Nice experience. Service: Take out View all feedback.
What Ann Baker dislikes about Dunkin':
It has been a while since I last visited Dunkin'. I was surprised to find that a coffee and a donut cost more than $5. Instead, I think I will stick to making coffee at home and purchasing pastries at the grocery store. The service was for takeout, and it was a breakfast meal. The price per person ranged between $1 and $10. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant was awful and the person in charge was racist. The atmosphere was rated a 1.

My favorite for coffee, latte, and iced tea! Plus you can't get munchkins anywhere else!
