I wanted something memorable as a restaurant for my last dinner in Dresden and this ticked the boxes. Only staff serving and working very hard, you could see they were busy but still very pleasant. I sat indoors and had delicious iced tea, which...I don't normally like but this was homemade and very refreshing on a hot night. The Schnitzel was good, think more cafe standards than fine dining. Just over for dinner but... View all feedback.
What Gregory Yundt doesn't like about Kunst Café Antik:
약간 반지하? 에 자리잡고있는 카페인데 첫 느낌은 약간 앤틱샵 또는 갤러리에 온 느낌이었습니다. 드레스덴 분위기랑 맞는 카페라 할까? 저는 차랑 케익 먹었는데 맛은 그냥 보통입니다 View all feedback.
Good service, from the reservation via service to the menu. we were always satisfied.
Great service, friendly staff, they feel totally comfortable. I like to go with friends and also strangers were very enthusiastic so far.
As a curious visitor of the dresden they do not come past this coffee house. it's one of the most beautiful environments I've seen so far. easy to reach in this beautiful atmosphere they can enjoy coffee or tee. there are also hot foods. as the name already says, it is an art auction house, i.e. it is surrounded by art: painting, antiquariat. there are seats in front of the house, so with sounds of classical music they can enjoy in rest tee. the price in the coffee are affordable, the personal nice and accommodating. easy to recommend. also for those who want to know what is actually dresdner quarkkäulchen.
This was an usual but really welcome find. We found this place by accident and went in for a glass of wine. We were seated at a table (for sale) decorated with china cups, saucers and sideplates (for sale). The lady of the house kept...announcing she'd be closing soon but never did. The smoking area was, astonishingly, downstairs in the basement rather than outside. It was an unforgettable experience even though we left with a lot more wine and cigarette smoke inside us than we'd been expecting. Love to visit again. We visited before April but only really remembered the place the other day.
Apparently this restaurant is in a former antique shop (antiques still on display with price tags) that was flooded a few years ago when the Elbe had very high water, Though we didn't have reservations and the place was packed when we wandered in, they...found us a spot and waited on us cheerfully and promptly. We had German specialties Sauerbraten (MMMMM) and wild boar with Knoedel of course, and red cabbage. I'd go back there once a week, if I could.
