Dampfschwein - Dresden

Super delicious burger. originally pulled pork or huh. I tried the bark option that was perfect. I can recommend this restaurant to everyone. has to be in dresden.

As a huge gourmet burger fan I had to make a stop in this 'schwein ' specialty place. It 's a nicely arranged and urban-designed small restaurant with a limited selection of drinks. A couple of special beers, albeit all in bottle. The bauchschwein burger was okay,...with solid combination of flavors and tastes, but I would have expected more fat on the meat and more juice in general. Service was a bit slow, but considering there 's one guy doing everything, it was okay.

The meat is passable but don't expect real southern style BBQ. I found the staff to be rather pompous, giving the impression that they were some sort of pit masters. The coleslaw is just bad. I had high hopes but I definitely won't be coming...back here.

Best pulled pork in Germany... Okay, not many pulled pork places in Germany, but this place is great! A little bit of a German touch (laugen brotchen). Could use a better beer selection, but it's not a drinking joint. Highly recommended to people tired of...standard German food.
