Everything fits up here: magnificent view over Dresden, 2 very nice terraces with comfortable chairs, friendly and attentive service and very good food. Pure pleasure to dine or dinner on the upper terrace. We loved it very much. Unfortunately, this time we were unable to check the hotel, but I am sure it is also very good and we will definitely try to stay here next time. View all feedback.

we had to say to ostern, unfortunately, that there are no longer senior proportions in the restaurant of the hotel mountain industry. a lapidar note is made, you can pack it in. We have been eating with the family in the mountain industry for many years.The food was always very tasty and freshly prepared.We never had anything to complain and always like to come back.In beautiful weather you sit very nicely on the terrace with views of the river.
We've been there before, but today was a big disappointment. the carving with rahmchampignons was a flour sauce and the carving had only briefly seen the pan and that for 13.90 €. the rostbrätl was a fat drowned. hospitality and comfort are completely lacking.
We came to this restaurant after a beautiful day in dresden evening. the Braumeister-Schnitzel had a sweetly sharp taste and at this place the meat had also a color engraving ... this was neither the camenbert nor the sink! in order not to look up I went inside to complain about the court. there it was taken back without an apology and told me that it was wanted to be examined. I had no more appetit on this court and wanted to change to an alternative. Once again at my place I was told that the meat was ok, so I did not eat anything. the remaining foods were ok, where two children's carvings were served as follows: a fried carving was divided in after ... also not experienced yet, but be it! also the dose pleasure would not lead to this evaluation, but probably the following experience: when we wanted to pay, I was asked if I really wanted to not make a new brewer carving ... so that we wanted to tell us that we were to let this out. on my specific demand this was confirmed to me... incredible! I wanted to talk to the chef who was not present, but I guess I had to say this by phone. the restaurant was unguided... but I was offered to call with the managing director. I explained to him calmly and objectively what had happened, but he explained to me that this could not be and therefore the court remains on the bill. I explained to him that this was my first court, which I have ever read back, explained once again that the flesh was corrupted, what my wife confirmed and asked what we are doing now. he answered I should pay and best not come. that was a groundless cheeky ... from therefore: quality inadequate, service helpless and badly trained, managing director: without a cake! never again!
When dresdner, who knew the old mining industry before, I was disappointed by the visit. it was my first visit since the opening of the hotel. together with my wife, we were at lunch. I ordered white carving with champignons and pommes frites. the food tasted only on average and the mushrooms were clearly from the preserve. you got tired, but from a 4-star restaurant I just expect more. only the prizes seem to meet the 4 stars. the service was friendly and we received our food including the drinks very fast. but there were also few guests present at midday. the ambiente of hospitality works very prestige, but not cozy. the restaurant has a beautiful terrace with view direction city. as it rained on the day, unfortunately you could not take on the terrace place. I will not visit the restaurant anymore. there are better possibilities in dresden.
