We always look forward to lunch on a trip to IKEA. They have plenty of options for everyone. They have plant balls that are vegetarian and veggie balls that are vegan. They have salads and separate grilled chicken if you're eating keto or low carb.Plus, the delicious regular meals they're known for. I love their Swedish meatballs. They also have delicious desserts. Ifyou've never tried their veggie medallion, it's yummy. Grab a hazelnut chocolate bar for later, you won't regret it.

It’s a decent spot for kids who need a quick snack and a play area, but for everyone else, it’s just typical cafeteria food. Meh.
