We had to collect them ourselves... read more The service at this restaurant was terrible. We waited an hour for our drinks, despite only three other tables being occupied. We had to collect them ourselves from the cash register. No one even bothered to explain why the pizza we ordered was missing some of the toppings listed on the menu, even though it arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. Overall, we were very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Each time we called, we wer... read more I was extremely let down by Jan Kan's delivery service. We waited 2 hours for two pizzas that were supposed to take only 30 minutes. Each time we called, we were given a different excuse for the delay. This was our first time ordering from the restaurant and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience.
