I accompanied my father to have a hot tea. Some bars also put a couple of tea biscuits, others just hot tea in a teapot and cup, we were given this in the photo. Not to be picky, but this is no way to serve tea, especially to an elderly person. The glass tumbler was piping hot, placed on an unsuitable saucer (as per photo), so all wobbly as we sat down at the table. Invisible and hasty service. I'm sorry, but I don't think it's the way to treat customers, also because the customer who only takes a tea today can order more and more tomorrow and instead next time we'll try one of the many other bars nearby.
