The chicken marsala was so sweet that it was inedible, and I mean that sincerely. I paid $21.00 for it. The service was good, but since the restaurant was empty during my visit, I can't comment on the atmosphere.

So moved to dracut almost 2 years ago. I grew up in the boston area my whole life. My mothers side of the family are italian immigrants from Rome and Napoli. I ate for the first time at scolas today . The service was great . I got eggplant parm with penne and marinara. The eggplant was good for having skin on it. Usually the skin causes a sour taste for the eggplant. I tried to order a meatball with my meal. Chef would not do a single meat ball. The menue offers veal for a 3 dollar charge which is fine. 11 dollars for a side of meatballs? The marinara stuck to the perfectly cooked penne. That also had a slightly sour taste. Overall good service nice setting. Not to many italian food places to eat up here in dracut. I will eat there again. Its worth a try . Ps. meatballs are a staple of many italian american dishes and should be readily available on a customers request.

The seafood ravioli is my all-time favorite dish. The Conundrum white wine is also delightful. I've had Vanessa as my waiter several times, and she is always attentive and incredibly kind!

Jenn was our bartender/server and i was very impressed. She was very personable and efficient. She makes a fantastic martini and G&T. She handled multiple people with such ease. I never felt neglected. 10/10 will be back. Didn't take any photos because the food was so good i didn't think of taking out my phone just shoving it my face.

Upon entering, we saw that the place had been completely remodeled, making it bright and inviting. We were told we could sit wherever we liked, and after settling in, our waiter came over to take our drink orders. He also brought out their famous Scala bread with dipping oil. My husband opted for the baked haddock, which he enjoyed years ago. He asked for baked or mashed potatoes but was told they didn’t have either option. I chose the Chicken Piccata. When our meals arrived, mine was just okay and tasted like it might have come from a jar. My husband’s fish was a disappointment; it was a small, dry piece of haddock accompanied by a tiny dish of pasta for $22.99. While we waited, I looked up the restaurant and discovered that it had indeed changed owners recently. Overall, the experience was mediocre, and I’m not inclined to return. I gave it three stars, primarily for the ambiance and the service, rather than the food itself.
