In contrast, the other employees were busy tending to orders and attending to customers. As I continued to wait, the line grew to over ten people, but those three employees showed no urgency to assist the gentleman at the checkout. I wasn't the only customer who noticed this lack of service. This isn't the first time I've experienced something similar at Frobie’s; it seems to happen more often than it should, which is why I've decided to share my thoughts. I’ve heard that a new coffee shop, possibly Starbucks, might be opening in Dracut soon, and it’s clear that good customer service makes a significant difference. I truly hope Frobie’s can improve in this area.
I tried the super green bowl and really enjoyed it. It's a nice café to relax in for a while. However, it took a bit more than 10 minutes to get my smoothie bowl, even though it wasn't busy at the time. I can only imagine how long the wait would be if it gets crowded.
Everything from their bagels to their coffee and smoothies is always fantastic here! The prices are reasonable as well. It's an excellent local business.
I’ll start off by saying I’ve never been disappointed by the actual product here. My food is always delicious and fresh. The one star is due to a consistent long wait (I’m typically not in a crazy rush. But waiting 25+ minutes for juice and a smoothie bowl is insane) the long wait is consistent every time I visit. They always seem to have a ton of staff on deck, yet no order or flow. Almost EVERY TIME I call to order ahead (to try and avoid the ridiculous wait), the call never is answered. Which is bizarre considering their front window advertisements say “ CALL TO ORDER AHEAD”. Clearly not an option!!! For the high price tags you’d hope for better service and customer experience. Unfortunately for me- even though the product is what it’s promised to be.. the unprofessional staff combined with the absurd wait times will have me bringing my wallet elsewhere.
Their website is Instagram. Cannot find a menu online to see if it is worth going to. Drive to location and find wait time for a food order is very long. They seem like great people but if your client base has no idea what is available you are hurting 1st time visitors and pick up orders.
