Honestly, we were hooked after just one bite. Senairy, our bartender and server, made our first experience unforgettable. She’s a true expert at her craft, serving up fantastic authentic Puerto Rican drinks along with a warm smile. Be sure to ask for her when you visit—you won't be disappointed.

The waitress was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, I was very disappointed with the bill. I paid $38 for two Patrón margaritas in Dracut, Massachusetts, which I found outrageous. It breaks down to $11 for a Patrón "shot" and $8 for a margarita, which just doesn’t add up. The receipt even showed charges for four items when I only ordered two drinks. This is a favorite date night spot, beautiful place with amazing food!
We made it to El Criollo after reading the others reviews. We are so glad we did. The food was very good. As closed to the one I would get in Puerto Rico compared to the other restaurants we've tried here in MA. The staff was great. All the suggestion they made were right on. We are definitely coming back for some more delicious food.
