What Soukufa Gopal doesn't like about Dunkin':
We stopped by last Friday. First attempt they forgot an item. Second attempt they got the sandwich’s wrong. The worst part is when I went back to ask them to make the sandwiches correctly I got pretty bad attitude. Started coming to this location because I was so unhappy with the one closer to me on Lakeview Ave. Sam that works in the morning is wonderful. Always make sure to stir my coffees so all the gunk doesn't stay on the bottom. Always pleasant and that's really all I ask for. Haven't ordered food and I don't sit in the drive-thru so I can't respond to that but I do want to say specifically that Sam has been great View all feedback.
