I visit Chipotle several times a month. The staff is friendly, and I’m always pleased with their variety of veggies and sofritas. On one occasion, they even made fresh vegetables for me when supplies were running low. View all feedback.

What Electa Parisian dislikes about Chipotle:
I would give zero stars if possible. Consistently bad experiences here. After tonight, I will never go here again. Placed an online order to be ready by 8:10. The order was not ready until 9:10 and didn?t include everything we ordered because they ran out. We would have received our food quicker if we just waited in line. Hey View all feedback.

Between this location and the Chipotle in Warrington, this one used to be the better option, but that's not the case anymore. It seems like the stars need to be aligned perfectly to get a reliable Chipotle experience in the central Bucks area. Recently, most of our orders (with multiple people) have been quite disappointing.

I had the worst experience at Chipotle that I've ever had, despite being a loyal customer since 2010. I've supported the brand through tough times, but that loyalty has run out. I just paid over $17 for a burrito that was nothing like what I had ordered. When I spoke to the cashier/customer service representative about it, she showed no concern at all. I'm finished with Chipotle; there are too many great options out there for me to keep giving them my business.

Busy. The staff are hard-working and friendly. Good food, except there is always (I've been coming here since it opened years ago) grissle in the steak. The amount of traffic through this Chipotle is high. Two people work the mobile orders two peoplework the line, and 1 maybe 2 work the kitchen. Very demanding work. That said, the dining area is a mess. Tables are dirty. Floors are dirty. Yes, I went when it was dinner time, but you can't help but notice. Parking is, quite simply, difficult.

The only reason this place is getting two stars is because of the employees in the morning I see almost every time I'm there. The man snd woman that make my food for takeout are quick and make your food properly. Then the two men I see when I eat in. Theone, I believe he said was the kitchen manager, is the most professional person there. And then the taller man with all thetattoos, that man is so polite and upbeat it's contagious. He always says something about never having bad days, and he's apleasure to talk to. Compared to the management. The blonde woman at night is rude and mean and disrespectful. Then I met thegeneral manager, I can believe he's in charge of that store. He looks like he just rolled out of bed and if there's any problemswith your meal, he just gives you a complaint number to call and says he can't do anything. Neither of them have any peopleskills. They just try and push the problem off so they don't have to deal with it.
