I stopped by for a quick breakfast snack and enjoyed some excellent coffee with unlimited refills. I ordered blueberry muffins and they were toasted and buttered to perfection—delicious! By the way, I'm not criticizing or complimenting, just curious: why is their massive Christmas Village and all the other holiday decorations still up in the large entryway?

If you've been to one small town diner, you've been to them all. Breakfast and service was fine in every respect.

Usually stop at the roscoe diner on our way to oneonta, this time the place was unusually busy, so we decided to keep going towards oneonta. Came across the downsville diner, decided to give it a try. Well, were we pleasantly surprised. So much so, that we will probably stop there again. Quaint local place with good food

My husband and I both ordered a cheeseburger when they came out we couldn't believe how big they were good meat, too, and perfectly cooked.

I am so happy to have discovered this diner halfway home from Woodstock to Binghamton. The food is satisfying and the owner makes you feel like family. She opened for us an hour after her closing time because her grill was still on. I appreciate this act of kindness. Stop by and have a nice meal. Chat with the locals. You will enjoy the experience.
