Here it was awful I asked for a cheese burger with mushrooms they added cold mushrooms from a can they didn’t even drop them on the flat they just threw them cold on the burger and added the pattys. In other five guys they always throw the mushrooms on the flat. Plus my burger was cold mushy and disgusting never will I come back.

I always liked Five Guys, even though they are a little expensive and the burgers are greasy, they are still an occasional treat. I ordered online and prepaid thinking it was a very convenient setup. As I walked in there was a very distinct odor of marijuana smoke inside. Two of the employees walked passed and it wasclearly not a customer the aroma was emanating from but the employees. The cook was nice if a bit befuddled in trying to keep upwith the orders and receiving no help from any of the others. The milkshakes were not ready and the female employee in charge ofthat task was rather put out to have to make them. Her disdain was evident as she tossed a still folded cup carrier which I hadto request and walked away without so much as a glance in my direction. No eye contact was made no polite grin. Just a surly,disinterested look on her face that poorly masked obvious disdain. The two stars (originally was downgraded to one, see update)was for the mediocre but at least palatable food that was underwhelming. The lack of the other stars was for the horribledemeanor of the staff and the wafting of the marijuana. All of the employees were obviously very young and supervision is anissue with most places these days but it was as if there was no attempt to disguise the fact that a controlled substance wasused inside while open for business. Very disappointed that this franchise would allow this type of activity to occur on thepremises. Just an update: had some pretty serious stomach cramps overnight. I can?t imagine there is a high priority for foodhygiene or safety with the staff using controlled substances during their shift. I would skip this restaurant and choose analternative unless you like to live recklessly. Very disappointed in this location and the management.

Waited likeover 40 minutes!! Cold dinner not to happy just ridiculous!!

Done with this location and done with 5 Guys....the cost is way too expensive for any order yetalone an incomplete one.
