Dunkin' - Downingtown

Even during a near still eastern and terrible road conditions, this fantastic crew came to work on the other day and offered service to those who had to get work like me. This place can handle busy masses in the morning quickly and usually recognizes me when I get to the drive-thru and tells me my order before I even get a chance. Oh and the coffee is just as made as I like it every time, delicious. This is really a model business with the friendly and efficient crew!

Great place and great staff. They have seen my child on their back several times and gave her a small box with Munchkins.

Literally every time I place a mobile order they don’t have something in my order. Not sure why the app doesn’t update and mark things as sold out at this store. The complete absence of customer service makes it even worse when my orders are never correct. If there was literally any other coffee place in the area, I would never come here again.

The donuts and. Sandwiches are freaking, So is their coffee. The Sourdough egg and bacon sandwich is excellent, but it needs seasoning and maybe a slice. Menu doesn't say that nor do you get a suggestion at drive through. Service was good but server I had was hard to understand and not very pleasant.
