Stopped by for lunch today with some family and friends. We all tried a few flights. I got option one which was perfectly paired with my Uncle Henry’s Mix. A hole in the wall that can quickly get over looked, so its a lot of different moving parts, but not what I would call excellent at anything, but does a lot of things decent that people might find appealing, so as far as food goes it's decent, not the best, hot dogs, dirt dog is better, Reuben sandwich, langer is better. Best gourmet sandwiches for miles. Plus lots of different beers on tap!!
A place so endearing that my friend has called it the Satriale's of our group. Sandwiches might seem pricey at first but they fill em up enough to make it completely worth it imo. They also have a whole variety of beers on tap, even cans or packs to go if you plan on getting boozed up! The bartenders, food servers, are chill af. This is truly a Downey classic.

Took my bf here for Father's day it was our first time and he loved it we will deff be back he got the corned beef on rye and it was so delicious I'm not even a corned beef person but I'd order that for me in a heart beat pastrami was also good we also got the chili cheese fries sharable size they where fresh crispy and delicious now for drink options let's talk beer because let's be honest you know your here for the beer so many choices I think over 100 on draft so delicious and cold also Many non alcoholic options for the non alcohol drinkers
