The Head O The Road - Down

Five of us visited this restaurant for dinner on Tuesday, and thankfully we had a reservation, as it was quite busy. We began in the cozy and welcoming bar area before heading to the dining section after placing our meal orders. The menu offers a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I tried the BBQ ribs, and they were fantastic. The service was quick and friendly, and the portion sizes were very generous. The restaurant is relatively small, giving it an intimate atmosphere. Our total bill came to £170 for the five of us, including appetizers and a few desserts, which I felt was good value. We'll definitely be returning.

There have been significant improvements in recent years. The specials are fantastic and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is lovely, making it a true country pub. Keep up the great work, and we will continue to return!
