The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The coffee was great, and the scone was beautiful. My partner really enjoyed the bacon, egg, sausage, and soda bread. View all feedback.

What Sally5710 dislikes about The Cake Station:
The owner was incredibly rude; I was left sitting there while she texted on her phone for about 10 minutes. Just as I was about to leave, she finally acknowledged me. I ordered a coffee and a slice of cake, but the coffee was ice-cold, and the cake was as dry as chalk—definitely at least four days old. I will never go back there again. View all feedback.

I've visited this little spot several times. They’ve relocated to a smaller place, but now it’s right across from the sea. We typically enjoy coffee and scones, or a baked potato with salad. Everything is always great—especially the coffee. My sister likes her coffee strong and is tough to satisfy, yet she loves the coffee here. You can also order custom-made cakes.

The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they were very welcoming to dogs, offering a large bowl of cool water for our pup. The ladies there were quite chatty and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely worth a visit!

Top class service, food and super-friendly staff. A hidden gem at the foot of the Mournes. Well worth a visit.
