Was LadyElayn at Doc's a mag?
Sit in area kept very clean. Staff attentive, friendly and attentive. We had fish chips each, the cod was fresh and delicious as were the chips, salad mushy peas. Reasonably priced. Recommended! View all feedback.
What Richard Cameron dislikes about Doc's:
Took over 20 minutes to make 4 milkshakes and 3 of them were the same. She must've went to milk the cow between each one. They were nice but that was a ridiculous wait. Someone else came in and ordered 2 full meals and still got their food first. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.

I loved this place. Great local fish and chip shop in the fishing port of Ardglass, so you can be sure it is fresh. Chips and mushy peas excellent. The haddock was quite small but maybe all haddock is now small due to overfishing or trying to reach a price point. Would come back. Great service and cool little restaurant area.
The fish was sliced extremely thin, almost like paper. It was served with only 3 chips, which was a disappointing portion.
Best fish and chips I’ve had in years. My husband thought the same. Beautifully crisp batter and really fresh chips.
Staff very friendly, busy place. Spacious and clean. We had fish and chips twice and it was delicious both times.
The service was slow and the prices were high for takeout, with the fish and chips costing £11. The fish was tasty, but the batter could have been lighter. The chips were average.

The fish and chips here are outstanding, truly some of the best in Northern Ireland. The service is quick, making it perfect for takeout. For dinner, the price per person ranges from £10 to £20. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. Highly recommend!

The dining experience was wonderful, with all the fish dishes prepared fresh and served with delicious sauces.
Beautiful chippy, nice and clean inside. Staff are nice and friendly and the docs chicken burgers are fantastic would recommend
The cod was delicious and fresh, and the salad was perfectly crispy. Everything was delightful and satisfying. The prices were very reasonable, making it an ideal meal after a trip to the beach.
When you can see the boat that caught the fish from the chipper you know it's gonna be good, best scampi and chips ever
Freshly cooked local fish. We drive to Millisle several times.
