the best shopping center in the northeast. it has a large selection of shops and restaurants and the john lewis and fenwick department stores is a bonus, the only thing that is currently missing is free time facilities, as the eldon free time center is currently closed, which I hope to open soon in the future. What Suroor Zehra doesn't like about Crepeaffair:
I was at Bramalea City Centre when I stumbled upon Crepe Delicious. They had a sign advertising Belgian waffles, so I decided to order one. However, I had to wait 15 minutes for my waffle, and it was clear that the servers did not know how to properly prepare it. After finally receiving my order, I found the waffle to be poorly cooked and inedible. I returned it and received another poorly cooked waffle. When I asked... View all feedback.
Situated within Bramalea City Centre, this restaurant offers tasty crepes and Italian gelato. The establishment is consistently clean, though the service may be a bit slow at times. However, the delicious food is worth the wait. My son loves the s'mores or any crepe with Nutella, while I prefer the Ferrero Rocher chocolate crepe. Yum!

When I asked for a refund, the man at the counter was rude and claimed that their waffles were the best in town. Disappointed, I left without finishing my meal and will not be returning to this establishment. It was a waste of money and time.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. It appears that there is new management in charge, as none of the familiar staff are there. The Froshberg gelato, which used to be delicious, now tastes like oil. I am familiar with the taste of gelato, and it should not have a greasy texture. After only three bites, I returned it to the counter and mentioned the issue to the staff. They claimed it was made with all natural ingredients and offered no solution or refund. Disappointed, I left the gelato on the counter and told them to keep the $7 they charged me for it. I will not be returning to this establishment and recommend trying an authentic gelato place like La Paloma instead.
Used the ice cream cup from the front glass counter that was Full of dust!!! Grose!! I mean if I can see it why can 't you? The combo gelato is only a combo if you have it with the hot crepe in the same paper plate and the ice cream melts making the plate soft and cuts. I asked for a cup and the lady (super rudely) if you ask for the cup you pay more . Seriously I am going to contact the head office directly to complain and am never coming back here again!!!
Went with my 5 year old child. And when I said hi to the saleswoman. She looked away. I then asked if I could try a sample of the pineapple gelato. She gave it to me. I said thanks and again she didnt smile or even look at me. So I left because it was like interacting with a drone
