The interior of the restaurant is dark, small, and stuffy. The menu was average and the food was decent, but not exceptional. There were very few options for those with dietary restrictions, vegan or vegetarian diets, and the kitchen staff was not willing to make any adaptations. The prices were high. I have been to this restaurant twice, but both visits were disappointing, so I would not return. The takeaway service had a long wait time of over 20 minutes. The only good thing about the restaurant was the friendly wait staff. McCarthy's, located across the road, is much better in comparison.
I paid £12.10 for 2 coffees, a scone, and a tray bake at this restaurant. You can get the same items for £8.25 at Cafe Velo Killyleah down the road. It might be worth reviewing their prices. Although the food was decent, I wouldn't go back unfortunately.
Had a fab stop with my cycling club today. Lovely sheltered outside area with picnic tables. French toast, scrambled eggs toast and omelettes were popular. Thanks guys Great service.
My husband I had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Q today and it was a real treat. The cafe was spotless and plenty of hand sanitizer available. Service was good and the food was delicious. I had poached eggs avocado bacon on toasted sourdough bread and my hubby had pancakes. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend this lovely cafe
