As a person with diabetes, I need to eat... read more This incident occurred on Tuesday, September 23, 2020. My aide, who is in her 20s, struggled to bite into them as well. As a person with diabetes, I need to eat quickly when my blood sugar is low. Instead, my aide had to boil water and add a bouillon cube, dumping the entire order of wings into the pot to make wing soup, which was neither wanted nor planned. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

We were looking forward to the half-off apps and $5 sangrias they had... read more My boyfriend and I stopped by WingItz on a Saturday night for their playoff game specials. We were looking forward to the half-off apps and $5 sangrias they had posted about on their Facebook page and on the window as we walked in. When we asked our server about the drinks, she didn’t seem to know the special was even happening. The same thing happened with the half-off apps—we had to show her the Facebook post from WingItz to confirm the promotion. The food itself was pretty good. They forgot some of our dips, but another waiter brought them out when the food was served, so that was nice. The dips are extra a charge. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the confusion about the promotions was a little frustrating.
