It's pretty f'ed up when you can't get a simple burger order right. What is so hard about no ketchup or picked.Can't take my coupon but you sure can screw up an order
Food was TERRIBLE! Staff didn't let customers know the only Frosty they had was strawberry. The size of them even got smaller. The cup is shorter smaller around. They served French Fries that looked like thin steak fries. They were even gray in color. Management said they were waiting on a truck(delivery). I suggested the cashier should inform patrons any changes in their orders BEFORE they pay for them. VERY unprofessional. Wendy's has changed alot since they opened. Dave would be disappointed.
The staff here is few, but they are ALWAYS friendly, and I can never justify being upset with them even if it takes a long time. The food always comes out right and with a smile!
My son and I have been trying out various breakfast restaurants in the morning in search of the best and most efficient one, and Wendy's is definitely the winner. We were impressed by the selection, taste, and ease of ordering at this particular Wendy's location. The staff was courteous, quick, and friendly.
