I recently visited Touchdown Lounge for the first time since moving to Delaware six years ago, hoping for a pleasant experience with my wife. I was picking up a DoorDash order and waited at the bar to notify someone I was there. After about five minutes, a regular customer arrived after me and was served immediately, while I was completely ignored. I had to interrupt the bartender’s conversation just to get noticed. The bartender’s attitude was noticeably unfriendly and she didn’t acknowledge me while I waited for my order. After about ten minutes, I called her over to ask how much longer it would take, but she seemed dismissive. I reminded her that the orders are supposed to be ready on time, but I was still waiting well beyond that. Eventually, she went to the kitchen and came back, telling me rather curtly that they ring a bell when the food is ready. Meanwhile, I saw other staff members coming out of the kitchen, casually eating. This place clearly lacks communication and respect for its customers. My wife and I were very disappointed and will not be returning.
I visited Touchdown Lounge for lunch for the first time and had an excellent experience. The food was tasty, and our order arrived promptly. I will certainly be coming back.
Touchdown Lounge is a fantastic spot to visit. While traveling, we decided to try it out and were impressed by their tasty vegan burger. The staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to meet my vegan dietary requirements.
Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff were outstanding, working hard to make sure our orders arrived promptly. The berry lemonade was especially tasty. Pet Rock is the best cover band around! I will definitely be returning!

Touchdown Lounge is a relaxed and inviting bar with friendly staff and excellent food. The ambiance is warm, lively, and enjoyable.
Touchdown Lounge is an excellent place to enjoy a meal while watching a game. I started with the Grouper Tenders, and they were fantastic. I also highly recommend the Crab Cake Platter. The food here is exceptional!
I had the opportunity to visit Touchdown with my friend Elliot, whom I hadn't seen in years, while I was in the area for Firefly. It was a long-awaited reunion, and we had a wonderful time reconnecting over a meal at the restaurant.

My husband and I ordered so much food and all of it was amazing, I've seen pictures of the food and I'll say touchdown delivered great service and the food lived up to the photos
The food here is good, typical bar food and more. Their crab bowl and crab soup are my favs. I usually order here for delivery and haven't had any issues, but I recently dined in with my coworkers and we were not pleased. They were understaffed, and the wait time for our food was a little over 40 minutes, which caused us to have to box up our food and take it to go. We weren't happy since the point was to have lunch together. Would not recommend going there on your lunch, but if you go any other time you should be fine.
