Their crab bowl and crab soup are my favs. I usually order here for delivery and haven't had any issues, but I recently dined in with my coworkers and we were not pleased. They were understaffed, and the wait time for our food was a little over 40 minutes, which caused us to have to box up our food and take it to go. We weren't happy since the point was to have lunch together. Would not recommend going there on your lunch, but if you go any other time you should be fine.

I was picking up a... read more I recently visited Touchdown Lounge for the first time since moving to Delaware six years ago, hoping for a pleasant experience with my wife. I was picking up a DoorDash order and waited at the bar to notify someone I was there. After about five minutes, a regular customer arrived after me and was served immediately, while I was completely ignored. I had to interrupt the bartender’s conversation just to get noticed. The bartender’s attitude was noticeably unfriendly and she didn’t acknowledge me while I waited for my order. After about ten minutes, I called her over to ask how much longer it would take, but she seemed dismissive. I reminded her that the orders are supposed to be ready on time, but I was still waiting well beyond that. Eventually, she went to the kitchen and came back, telling me rather curtly that they ring a bell when the food is ready. Meanwhile, I saw other staff members coming out of the kitchen, casually eating. This place clearly lacks communication and respect for its customers. My wife and I were very disappointed and will not be returning.

I also highly recomme... read more Touchdown Lounge is an excellent place to enjoy a meal while watching a game. I started with the Grouper Tenders, and they were fantastic. I also highly recommend the Crab Cake Platter. The food here is exceptional!
