Metro is one of my favorite places to go. Their subs, sandwiches, and wraps are amazing. With a great selection of healthy options and ingredients, you really can't go wrong. There's something for everyone to enjoy! View all feedback.

From the moment my husband and I went to place our order, we encountered a rude employee. She had sauce all over her gloves from the previous customer and, without changing her gloves, began to handle my bread. I had to ask her to change them because of the mess, but by then, she had already gotten sauce on my sub. The service has consistently been terrible every time I visit. Dover Air Force Base subway at 1845 on May 6 I felt the tension and the attitude when I was ordering my food and when I paid her, she dropped my changed in my hand. I'm a retired vet went war for my country more respect should be shown for our soldiers and veterans. I will never visit there again to buy anything.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor, and the food was even worse. I ordered a steak and cheese salad, but the steak had a really off smell. The staff was rude and didn't seem to care at all. Their attitude was unacceptable, and I won't be returning. I ended up throwing my meal away.

During my visit to the Subway at Dover Air Force Base at 6:45 PM on May 6, I could sense a tense atmosphere and an unfriendly attitude while I was ordering. When I paid, the employee simply dropped my change into my hand. As a retired veteran who served in the military, I believe that more respect should be shown to our soldiers and veterans. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location again.
