I... read more I placed an online order which was supposed to be ready for pickup at 3:29pm. I entered the store at 3:50pm and was told my order was still somehow not ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes while the one employee behind the counter waiting on othercustomers instead of preparing my already extremely late order. I will never eat here again and just go to Chipotle instead.

I arrived at 6:35 and was told that they were waiting for the queso to be ready. I received my order at 6:50 and after a 15 minute ride home, bit into an icecold bowl. I?m insanely disappointed with the lack of planning and the fact that I spent over $20 on cold, not even lukewarm,food. OH AND THE QUESO IS COLD. Like are you guys serious?

I decided to order online from Qdoba, and I was pleased to find that they got my order right. Another Mexican restaurant nearby always messes up my online order... read more I decided to order online from Qdoba, and I was pleased to find that they got my order right. Another Mexican restaurant nearby always messes up my online orders, so I was happy to see that Qdoba was accurate. I ordered the Impossible Salad with a Tortilla shell and all the toppings. It was very fresh and had plenty of vegetables to add. I will definitely be making Qdoba one of my go-to spots from now on.
