This Dunkin' is conveniently located inside a gas station's convenience store, and I found everything to b... read more I made a quick stop to refuel both my car and myself. This Dunkin' is conveniently located inside a gas station's convenience store, and I found everything to be well-organized and clean. The donuts were incredibly fresh and attractively displayed. I also tried a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich with two eggs, bacon, and cheese, which was delicious. The service was impressively fast. If I pass through this area again, I will likely stop here for a treat once more.

We used the handicap stall a... read more If this store could have 0 stars it would. My kids and I went to this location. It is in a circle K. We went to the restroom first. We used the handicap stall and in the other stall was a dunkin employee. When she left the restroom she did not wash her hands. We were coming out right behind her and saw her go straight into the kitchen and start working. I asked to speak to the manager and it was her. So i said never mind. Called and reported it to dunkin. I also put a post (this same exact one) on face book plant city page. Well the community was reaching out saying many things. Mostly agreed I should have put it out there. 1 person saying no because he did not read the facts. But then the facebook messenger app started going crazy with nasty nasty messages from the employees at the store. Very u professional. Many people on the post said i should contact the health department. I said no, ill let dunkin handle it in house. We for the next 45 minutes one of her employees was really getting nasty calling me names etc. Then i find out that the other employees were messaging the group admins. Also saying nasty things. I saw this with my own eyes. I did not make this up. I did not in the post say date and time of my visit or the name of the manager. If they can all reach out to complain back to me they could have just said "hey sorry you experienced this we will address it please take your post down. But not one of them did. I called corporate and the franchise owner. Corporate was very nice and apologetic im still waiting to hear from the franchise owner. I will never ever go to this location again. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love dunkin. How many iced coffees i drink a day from there. But if this is not fixed they will have lost a very loyal customer base. I carry a huge dunkin base everywhere i go. This was handled cery unprofessionally!!
